Dear Members,
All Association dues invoices have been emailed today to the email address that you have told us is your primary address. If you don’t see your invoice(s) please check your spam or junk folders for the sender: invoice@invoice.global. Online payments will need to be made separately per property invoice (if you own more than one property). Remember that the Association always maintains the original platted addresses even if you have combined lots with Jackson County.
There is no additional charge for online payments by credit card. Please call us at 816-578-4272 if you don’t see your dues email(s) or have any other questions at all.
In addition, if you have a Christmas tree to recycle you may take it to the dam at the turnaround by January 15 for the Fisheries Committee to place in the lake around the Water Patrol docks. The trees will be used for fish habitat so be sure to completely remove all decorations. Please do not place trees around docks in any areas which might be dredged in the future, because concrete blocks used for sinking them are notorious for damaging the dredge and causing costly delays.
